I am Coach Xola Nicole, a wife, mother, and retired police officer who has taken her trial and turned it into a powerful testimony of advocating for the health of others. In July 2016, I was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer. With the unwavering support of my family and friends, I fought vehemently and eventually overcame the dis-ease. I soon realized that cancer was not the root cause of my dis-ease, but rather a symptom of my mind and body being out of balance. To restore this balance, I underwent a lifestyle transformation that included changes to my diet, stress management, exercise, home and body products, and setting healthy boundaries.
It may seem like a lot of work, but even small modifications over time can lead to significant positive benefits. My healing was not a miracle or an isolated incident; everyone deserves to be well and live well, and if you are willing to put in the effort, I am here to help.
I am a lifelong learner, holding a Masters in Criminal Justice and a National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching.
